Q: How can I be certain my fabrics/yarn are wool?
A: Send it to the state director for laboratory testing. There is usually a charge for testing. Contact Ida Marie at 605-642-5123 for more information.

** There will be a short "awards practice" for the pre-teens, juniors and seniors immediately
following the judging for each division -- look for the "practice area" at registration **
10:00 am Quilt, Afghan, novelty-including hooking - (2nd team of judges)

11:10 am Accessory & Recycled Wool Judging
11:30 am Challenge Judging

1:00 pm - 4:00 pm Designer Joi - Workshop & Trunk Show
Workshop is open to the public for $20/person or $30/two people.
Lunch is included with registration.
Workshop is free to all Make it With Wool Contestants (districts and/or state level).
5:00 pm SDSGA Social & Auction - Days Inn Convention Center
7:00 pm Awards Banquet - Contestants will need to come dressed in their contest outfits. NO style show at the banquet, but each division will be called up on stage individually for awards and pictures. Shepherd's Award and Trapper of the Year will follow the MIWW awards.
